About Us
La Cà di Fûns is a tiny restaurant in the heart of the green hills of Monferrato Casalese, about 5 km from Casale Monferrato, where you can find traditional food and the typical dishes of this area.
The walls made of tufa, the vaulted roof, the fire-place give to the place a warm and familiar atmosphere.
This house was originally inhabited by a family who used to cultivate mushrooms in the tufa quarries of Rosignano and was therefore named by local people as La Cà di Fûns, which means The House of Mushrooms.
In our two rooms we may welcome about 50-60 people.
We are opened from Tuesday to Saturday for lunch and dinner and on Sunday for lunch. We are closed on Monday. The main credit cards are accepted.
We are looking forward to seeing you and and are prepared to meet and satisfy all you requests.
Our Dishes
Our dishes are always freshly made with selected ingredients and may change according to seasons availabilty.
We offer a full meal at 22 Euro, which is composed by same entries, four main dishes, dessert, water, coffee and spirits. Wine is excluded and you can choose it from our wine list.
From Tuesday to Friday you can choose either between the day’s specials or our full meal.
From Tuesday to Saturday for lunch we offer a full meal at 11,00 Euro, which is composed by two main dishes, dessert and coffee, wine is excluded
